For many years I did not enjoy working out; it was simply a requirement for football. However, I had a change of heart in undergrad and haven’t looked back sense. I love the outlet it brings to relieve stress, grow physically, and build community. Upon ending my collegiate football career and graduation from Samford University, I became an ACSM personal trainer where I focused on group and personal training for all ages. I have since received my Masters in Kinesiology from Western Kentucky University. I recently moved back to my hometown, Lake Highlands, TX. I am currently a PE teacher at Highlander Elementary School and enjoying coaching as a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer at Lake Highlands CrossFit.
